For many CallPlease users, security and privacy are becoming increasingly important, especially for the apps and services they rely on everyday. We continue to invest in new technologies, controls and procedures to meet and exceed the changing security and privacy landscape and address the requirements of our users, both consumer and enterprise. All CallPlease systems and data live in SOC 3 compliant environments. CallPlease is designed to ensure that all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
CallPlease complies with the European GDPR requirements. No client data is exposed to any third party or even CallPlease staff at any time. Only the CallPlease Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer have any access to the unencrypted database records.
Once you put information in CallPlease, it is there and no one else can see it unless you let them.
CallPlease also offer a complimentary IT Admin role in every account. This allows you to grant a non-user who is part of your internal change control process the necessary access to add or delete users and control which users have access to sensitive contact information.
Enterprise Licenses include additional security enhancements:
Domain Protection:
Prevent employees from starting their own CallPlease account that lacks corporate oversight or security controls
2FA: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) can be required for any or all users.
Single-Sign-On (SSO) can be enabled using OAuth or SAML.
Mobile Wipe: Enterprise subscribers have the ability to block users from accessing CallPlease on their mobile devices and wiping all CallPlease data from their devices
Data Isolation/Administration: CallPlease is engineered to allow for a complete physical separation of all organizational data, with unique servers and databases.
