We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we have received this year. We have been working hard to put those suggestions into action. Hopefully you have noticed the steady stream of fixes and new features that we have been able to launch this year.  

We have learned a couple of important lessons this year.  First, we learned that our users appreciate fast and responsive service and an expanding array of features and self-help tools that keep them productive.  Second, we learned that maintaining this environment and responding to changes in browsers and smartphone operating systems is increasingly expensive. That said, we have recognized that it was time to raise our basic subscription rate.

All new and renewing subscriptions will move to a new rate structure some time soon after January 1, 2019. New and renewing subscriptions will be billed at $9/user/month or $90/user/year.  We will also be making it easier for users to migrate to our Enterprise Subscription that includes a number of enhanced security features and integrations to Office 365 and Google Contacts for $20/user/month.

We have an aggressive development plan for 2019 aimed at keeping all of our users feeling more productive everywhere they work and some very exciting new integrations with phone systems and messaging platforms and even Artificial Intelligence tools that will make certain you always know “What’s Next.”
