While we love our friends at Microsoft, it may not surprise you to hear that they don’t make it particularly easy to take advantage of their technology in our technology.

That said, we are happy to announce that we have finally had our implementation of Entra ID login approved as a validated application. That means that CallPlease users that subscribe to almost any Microsoft business plan can now use their Microsoft credentials to access CallPlease. A few considerations will help you take advantage of this:

• Your CallPlease login email address must match your Microsoft credential email address. You can edit your CallPlease email address at anytime following this process for editing your user information.
• Entra ID log-in is part of our integration features that come with CallPlease Plus and CallPlease Enterprise, not CallPlease Basic. That means you also get synchronous integration with your Microsoft contact list!
• You can access the Microsoft Entra login by clicking on “Click here to use an external or SSO based authentication service” on the Login Page and then the Log Into CallPlease (Microsoft) button.
